Chelsea vs Roma: Conte gives update on Moses, Kante, Morata

Chelsea coach Antonio Conte reported on Victor Moses' injury before the Blues Champions match against Roma on Wednesday.

Conte hopes the injury is not serious as he is a key member of the Chelsea team.

He told the Daily Star: "Of course, Moses came out because of his injury, I do not know if it's serious, I hope not.

"(Danny) Drinkwater is still out, I hope Morata returns for the game."

Moses was lame after 40 minutes and Conte is eager to receive good news about his rear wing.

He added: "I hope this injury is not serious, you know very well the importance of this player in our system.

"For us it's a very difficult time because we started the game without Morata and Kante, which is not easy.

"During the match, another important player, Moses, had an injury, and I hope to see him again very soon.

"This moment is very difficult for us, losing three or four players is a big problem, but despite that, we must find the will to fight.

"This season will be very difficult and we will have to give 150%, not just 100%, like last season, because that is not enough.

"We want to try to be competitive in all competitions, but it will not be easy.

"My job is to focus on my work with my players and to do my best - now, of course, it's not an easy time for us, but I think it's important to find a solution and not look for excuses."
