Rumors that the Portuguese striker would demand a salary equality with Lionel Messi and Neymar were rejected after the defeat of the Spurs.
Cristiano Ronaldo has denied that he is looking for a better contract with Real Madrid after seeing his team defeated by Tottenham in the clash of the Champions League on Wednesday.
Neymar signing a lucrative contract with Paris Saint-Germain after becoming the most expensive signing in the world and Lionel Messi who recently extended his own contract in Barcelona, reports have suggested that Ronaldo will seek to win parity with the two superstars.
The striker, who scored Madrid's only goal at Wembley in a 3-1 loss, said he was pressing the Merengue board for an increase.
"I'm very good at Real Madrid, I have four years left and I do not want to renew, I'm fine," he told beIN Sports after the game.
Madrid was the shadow of a team that has won two consecutive championships in the last two seasons, and Ronaldo has asked his team to return to victory.
"It's bad because we're losing and we're used to winning, it's a bad race," he added. "This is not how we would like things, but football is changing, it's a bad race, but we want to change and I'm sure we'll change."
"We still have a lot of time to improve and I'm sure we can do it."
With six goals, Ronaldo is the best scorer of the Champions League so far, while Madrid points to the Spurs in Group H by three points with two games remaining.
