Conte speaks on catching up with Manchester City
Chelsea coach Antonio Conte has admitted his team must be "realistic" to catch Manchester City Premier League leaders after their 1-0 win at Bournemouth on Saturday.
Hazard scored the only goal of the game in the 51st minute to give the Champion three points at the Vitality Stadium.
However, they remain nine points behind the unbridled leaders of Manchester City after 10 games.
City has won 13 of 15 games in all competitions this season, scoring 45 goals, while Chelsea have already lost three times.
"Right now, we have to be realistic, game by game," said Conte.
"We have 19 points and we deserve to have 19 points, we are the first of our group in the Champions League, we went to the next round of the Carabao Cup after coming out in the second round last season.
"This group [of players] ... I am very happy for this group, there are very honest players, players who want to fight to the end for something important, I do not know, but we will try to stay there.
"I know very well that in England, in this league, there are six main teams, four in the Champions League, two have to stay out and play in the Europa League, we saw it last season, it was very, very, very difficult. "
