• Real Zinedine Zidane says that Spurs is "superior in all aspects"

Mauricio Pochettino challenged his Tottenham Hotspur players to take the club to the "next level" and start earning trophies after his victory against Real Madrid and a result that sealed his qualification for the Champions League round of 16 with two matches to be played.
Pochettino described it as one of the most satisfying results of his time in the Spurs, but he also warned his players that the only way to be recognized as a great team would be to show that they could really win the biggest competitions.

"This kind of victory has certain consequences to make us more visible," he said. "It's something that everyone in Europe has seen, they have seen today that Tottenham is a great team playing at Wembley against more than 80,000 people, and not only are we the best teams in the world, but also Europe, and the results of this type will show people where we are going.
"What is important to me is that we are in the next round, we are beginning to believe in our potential and our qualities, and now we can compete with the bigger teams physically and mentally, they are winning the big competitions, whether we are doing this year or not, we are definitely going in the right direction.

"We have to understand that we are at a level where we play fantastically against the best teams, and to get to the next level, we have to win things, and for the moment we are very proud, but that does not mean anything if we did not win a trophy at the end it's from the season ".

The 3-1 defeat left Zinedine Zidane facing difficult questions at a time when his team is eight points behind Barcelona in La Liga. However, the Madrid coach said he "did not care" about the way his team had played and said it would be more accurate to praise the Spurs. "The feeling in the dressing room is not good," he said. "In all aspects of the game, they [Spurs] were superior, any team can win the Champions League and Tottenham is one of them."
