Chelsea coach Antonio Conte has confirmed his wards' readiness for their next Champions League game against Spanish side Atletico Madrid.

The Blues will be on a trip to Spain where they are expected to face Atletico Madrid on Wednesday, September 27 in what will be an explosive encounter.

Chelsea on Saturday, September 23 defeated Stoke City in a Premier League tie, and Antonio Conte stated emphatically that his players are ready for the big game against Atletico.
