• The captain of Leicester admits that the English players showed signs of fatigue
• "The mental tension is enormous and it gets bigger and bigger"

Leicester captain Tom Youngs admitted that the English players at the club showed signs of fatigue after the international matches in autumn after the slowdown of the European Premier League team last weekend.

Five of the seven clubs in the English Premiership, including the Tigers, lost in the fourth round and all cleared the week before facing their worst performance in Europe in six seasons. In fact, Leicester, Saracens, Northampton, Harlequins and Exeter suffered consecutive defeats, contributing collectively with 23 players to England during the fall.

Currently, only Bath, who beat Toulon on Saturday, will qualify for the knockout round, the last time the Premier League has had a single club in the last eight years 2011-12, while Wasps has revived their hopes with an impressive victory against La Rochelle, it is not inconceivable that the seven fall on the steps of the pool.

This fall in form comes after the fall series of England in which Argentina, Australia and Samoa played, Eddie Jones still determined to focus heavily on the physical form of his players.

"The English guys are in good condition, but the mental pressure is huge and it's getting bigger," Youngs said. "And to come back directly from an international competition and play again, it's hard for these guys to get in. You're going to play in a huge stadium, to play in a park.

"The reader is not there, it's different, it takes time to adjust and return to family life, leave a very intense camp with Eddie and are a little tired." But it's not an excuse, I do not know how to deal with that as Premier Rugby, but it probably has to be seen, it's very strange to see that every English team seems a little helpless."

Leicester is almost out of the Champions Cup, who also lost his first game against Racing 92, but soon his thoughts returned to the Premier League with games against Saracens and Exeter before the end of the year.
European double before they played against Wasps, a week after the fall internationals, with openings for four of his five strong contenders England: Jonny May sidelined with a head injury. In fact, in the Premiership this week 28 players have entered the field of England, where Eddie Jones was determined to focus on fitness, have been involved with their clubs and those who have been lost, all except one was injured, Henry Slade only player rested.

Compare that with the opponents of Leicester last Sunday, Munster. Nine of their 11 internationals had this weekend and looking at the four provinces, the number of Irish players involved in their clubs was precisely half of that in England.

When asked if the relative coolness of Munster in their European games made the difference, Youngs said. "Mentally, probably yes refresh yourself a bit and you get a bit hungry after a week off feel". We're going now, we're going to tear up. your body a little rest. But more than that, your mind will rest. But that's how we run their game differently and ours is like that.

"I like playing Leicester and any luck I have, I'm going to take it." That's right, but the game becomes more physical, the wait is growing. We try to manage things during the week. The training is very different from what it was when I started because the games are much more difficult. You can not continue to go to the pit because it will be empty when you arrive at the end of the season. "
